The Tape & Toast Promise.
We don’t hide behind fine print. Here’s exactly what we stand behind — in plain language.
Camera Failure — Full Refund
If a camera fails on your wedding day due to a defect or malfunction on our end, you receive a full refund. Not a credit. Not a partial. The entire amount you paid.
This applies to hardware failure, battery failure, and memory card failure. It does not apply to physical damage caused by guests (which is covered separately under our equipment insurance).
Unusable Footage — 30% Refund
If the footage we receive is genuinely unusable through no fault of yours — corrupted files, catastrophic technical failure — we refund 30% of your package price.
We edit what we get. Shaky footage, dark footage, imperfect footage — that’s part of the aesthetic. This guarantee applies only when footage is technically uneditable.
Not Happy With the Cut — We Revise
Two free revision rounds are included with every package. The Director’s Cut includes unlimited revisions. We revise until the film feels right.
Revisions include: music changes, pacing adjustments, clip selection changes, and color grade tweaks. We don’t add footage that wasn’t captured, but we’ll work with what we have until you love it.
We Ship on Time — Or We Discount
Your cameras will arrive at least 5 days before your wedding. If they arrive late due to our shipping error (not a carrier delay outside our control), we discount your package by 10%.
The Fine Print
- Guarantees apply to the original purchaser only.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of film delivery.
- Camera failure guarantee requires the camera to be returned for inspection.
- We are not responsible for footage quality resulting from guest behavior (e.g., covering the lens, filming the ground).
- The Trip add-on is non-refundable after cameras have shipped.
