Frequently asked questions.
The Process
How does the whole thing work?
You book a package, we ship the cameras to you a week before the wedding, your guests film, you drop the box at FedEx after the wedding, and we deliver a sneak peek in 72 hours and the full film in 7 days. That’s it.
When do the cameras arrive?
We ship via FedEx 2-Day so cameras arrive approximately 7 days before your wedding. You’ll get a tracking number the moment they ship.
How do I return the cameras?
A prepaid FedEx return label is already in the box. Drop it at any FedEx location after the wedding. No printing, no packing tape needed.
How long until I get my film?
Sneak peek clip in 72 hours of us receiving the cameras. Full highlight film in 7 days. Rush Sneak Peek add-on gets you the sneak peek in 24 hours.
The Cameras
What cameras do you use?
We use Sony Handycam camcorders for video and CampSnap CS8 digital cameras for photo-style candids. Both are designed to be handed to guests with zero instructions.
What is a CampSnap CS8?
The CampSnap CS8 is a no-screen, no-distraction digital camera designed to be handed to guests. No settings to fiddle with. No selfie temptation. Just point and shoot. It captures the candid, unposed moments that phones miss because guests are too busy posting.
What if my guests don’t know how to use the cameras?
The whole job is six rules and a 90-second video. We’ve designed the cameras to be idiot-proof on purpose. The footage we get is rarely ‘bad’ — it’s just real. That’s the entire point.
What happens if a camera gets damaged?
The cameras are insured. If one fails on the wedding day due to a defect, you get a full refund. If a guest drops one on the dance floor, that’s covered too.
The Film
What does the highlight film look like?
Warm, cinematic, and real. We edit to music, cut out the boring parts, and keep the moments that actually matter. It’s not a documentary — it’s a highlight reel that feels like a film.
Can I request revisions?
Yes. Two free revision rounds are included with every package. The Director’s Cut includes unlimited revisions.
How long is the highlight film?
Typically 8–15 minutes depending on the package and amount of footage. The Director’s Cut, which covers the full weekend, runs longer.
